Supplies

The following supplies are recommended to be available in the laboratory. Each laboratory should customize their supplies to reflect the chemical/biological hazards which are present.

                1 box          polypropylene pads for all chemicals

                1 box         polypropylene pads w/ vapor barrier

                1 box         activated carbon (Note this is very effective for flammable vapor control,                                                                  but is very dirty.  Polypads w/ a vapor barrier is a good                                                                  substitute.)

                1 bottle     liquid acid neutralizer

                1 bottle    liquid caustic neutralizer
