          Upon registration, a course package will be sent to each participant containing hotel and specific seminar location information and agenda of course. Companies may substitute registrants without prior notice or penalty, although correct sizes of ppe for those courses providing equipment may not be available. Full refund available for cancellations up to three (3) weeks prior to seminar date. 50% refund up to one (1) week prior to seminar. Cancellations made less than seven (7) days prior to seminar state date will be charged, but a 80% credit may be applied toward a future program. No-shows receive no credit and will be billed. In the event that CSA is forced to cancel a seminar due to lack of registration or other causes, CSA will notify participants at least seven (7) days in advance by phone and in writing. CSA does not suggest non-refundable air fares be used due to the potential of seminar cancellation. CSA will not be responsible for penalties caused by these type of fares in the event of seminar cancellation.
